JH Sponge cake - light color

Information about product:
The mixture is designed for convenient preparation of fluff materials. It can be used to prepare cake corpuses, pansies, Easter rams, rolls etc. The materials provides high fluff and good stability of prepared material. Whisked raw material well endure mechanical handling such as pouring and spreading. Sponge cake has gentle fluffy porous structure and a pleasant vanilla flavor. The differences in color due to added egg blends masks fine coloring of the mixture.

Wheat flour, sugar, wheat starch, mixed emulgators (E472b, E477, glucose syrup, stabillizator E450, E330 citric acid), Raising powder (wheat flour, E500, E450) stabillizator E466, salt, preservative E202, vanilla flavor, coloring ( E514, E102, E110, E124).

Packaging and storage:
The product is packed in paper bags, weighing 15kg.
Store in cool and dry.

The period of minimum durability is 6 months.

 Baking:  180°C/45min
