Information about product:
It is a mixture of dried milk products, which is a direct substitute for skimmed milk. Milklight is most often used in cases where the lower protein content and higher content of milk lactose is required. When used in pastry recipes, adding this product in the amount equalling 1.7% of the weight of flour ensures meeting the legislative requirement for the use of the name of milk pastry. The easiest is to add the product in a dry state to the other loose materials. When it is required by the process, Milklight can be easily dissolved in cold water. Apart from this, Milklight can be used as a substitute for milk in cases where the low fat content is required, for example for low fat desserts, creams and ice-creams, or in cases where fat is added to the product in a different form. In comparison with dried skimmed milk, using milklight brings significant economic effect, while maintaining the technological specifications and highly improved handling and storage compared to using liquid milk.

Packaging and storage:
The product is packed in paper bags with a waterproof insert, 25kg each.
Store in a cool and dry place.

Minimum durability is 9 months.
