Poppy seed filling

Information about product:
The mixture is designed for easy and quick preparation of poppy seed filling for all kinds of pastry and confectionery products. Heat-stabilized poppy was used for the production of the content, so that the filling does not alter its properties during storage. Finished poppy seed filling is easily workable, maintains its shape and is heat-stable. The taste of the finished filling is accentuated by the addition of mild citrus aroma and is gently spiced by cinnamon. The addition of preservatives is the part of the mixture, so the filling is intended for products with durability longer than 5 days.

TREND poppy (poppy, sugar, instant wheat flour), sugar, maize meal extruded, breadcrumbs, dried egg whites, genuine black dye E172, lemon aroma, potassium sorbate preservative E202,cinnamon.

Packaging and storage:
The product is packed in paper bags, 30kg each.
Store in a cool and dry place.

Minimum durability is 6 months.

Recipe for 2.3 kg of filling:

Poppy filling 1kg 
Water 1l
Breadcrumbs 0,3kg
Total 2,3kg

Technological process:
Pour 1 litre of water on 1 kg of poppy seed filling and add 0.3kg of breadcrumbs, stir together andlet it stand for approximately 2 hours.
