Peanut filling

Information about product:
The mixture is intended for the preparation of the filling in short pastry. As the filling includes preservative, it is intended to produce pastry with a durability longer than 5 days. The recipe is designed to facilitate the preparation of the required amount of the filling. The filling is easily workable after hydration and is dimensionally stable. When baking, it does not change its shape and volume significantly. The fraction of roughly crushed groundnut seeds is presented in the filling, due to which the product has a delightful taste, and the nature of the content is supported. The filling is flavoured by vanilla and the taste is slightly accentuated by a slight addition of cinnamon, which makes the filling unique.

Sugar, crushed peanuts, extruded oats, breadcrumbs, soya pulp, maize meal extruded, dried whey, vanilla sugar (sugar, ethylvanilin), potato starch, cinnamon, salt, potassium sorbate preservative E202.

Packaging and storage:
The product is packed in paper bags, 30kg each.
Store in a cool and dry place.

Minimum durability is 6 months.

The recipe for 1.8 kg of content:

 Peanut filling  1kg 
 Water  0.8l
 Total  1.8kg

Technological process:
Pour 0.8litre of water on 1kg of peanut filling, stir together and let it stand for approximately 2 hours.
