Apple filling

Information about product:
The mixture is intended for the preparation of the fillings in short pastry. As the filling includes preservative, it is intended to produce pastry with a durability longer than 5 days. The recipe is designed to facilitate the preparation of the required amount of the filling. The filling is easily workable after hydration and is dimensionally stable. When baking, it does not change its shape and volume significantly. The fraction of roughly crushed apple cubes is presented in the filling, due to which the product has a delightful taste, and the nature of the content is supported. The filling is flavoured by vanilla and the taste is slightly accentuated by a slight addition of cinnamon, which makes the filling unique.

Neutral substance (sugar, potato starch, CMC E466, potassium sorbate preservative E202), dried apples, apple aroma, ground cinnamon, citric acid E330.

Packaging and storage:
The product is packed in paper bags, 10kg each, consisting of 8 packages, 1.25kg each.
Store in a cool and dry place.

Minimum durability is 6 months.

The recipe for 5.45 kg of content:

 Apple filling  1.25kg 
 Water  4.2l
 Total  5.45kg

Technological process:
Pour 4.2 litre of tepid water on 1.25 kg of apple filling, stir together and let it stand for approximately 8-12 hours.
