Information about product:
Complete and universal mixture for potato dumplings. The mixture is prepared in such a way that it allows an easy and quick preparation by the simple adding a mixture and water and stiring dough. From a mixture, in addition to the classic potato dumplings it is possible to prepare dumplings filled with both meat and fruit and potato loaves. Finished products have a nice stable color.

Wheat flour, dried mashed potatoes (potato flakes, stabillizator E450, emulsifiers E471, coloring E100, antioxidant E304), wheat semolina, wheat starch, salt, inactivated flour and white lupines, raising powder (wheat flour, E500, E450), dye Curcumin E100.

Packaging and storage:
The product is packed in paper bags, weighing 15kg.
Store in cool and dry.

The period of minimum durability is 6 months.

Technological process:
Pour 1litre of cold water on 1kg of dried mixture, and immediately start making a dough and cook it for 15-20min in boiling water.
